Instructions:
1) Use the regular reliance proxy setting whichever works for you(10.239.221.5 or 10.239.221.22)
2) Launch the app. In the operator screen that comes up, remove all the predefined strings. In the place of Back query put in the string as seen in the screenshot. Uncheck the checkbox 'Remove port from string'. Now in the field for Backquery enter the string as seen in the screenshot.
